magnesium hydride in hydroponic
seedling hardening of rubber trees, which comprises the following steps: improving Hoagland into a hydroponic
nutrient solution, adding
magnesium hydride into the
nutrient solution, and adjusting the pH value; the method comprises the following steps: selecting rubber tree stable-period test-tube plantlets which meet
plant height requirements, have roots, stems and leaves and are
pollution-free; and taking out the test-tube
plantlet from the
test tube, cleaning the culture medium on the
root system, soaking with a
carbendazim solution, and putting into a
nutrient solution for hydroponic
seedling hardening. According to the invention, 5-20mg of
magnesium hydride is added into each
liter of
nutrient solution, so that the solution is in a
hydrogen-rich state, the
seedling hardening
survival rate is obviously improved, and the
plant quality is improved. Compared with a control group, the optimal concentration has the advantages that the seedling hardening
survival rate is obviously improved, and the seedling hardening survival rates under the temperature conditions of 25 DEG C and 20 DEG C are respectively improved by 30% and 11%; the
plant height and the stem
diameter are respectively increased by 11.86% and 13.33% at the temperature of 25 DEG C, and reach an extremely remarkable level. The method provides support for improvement of a rubber tree seedling raising technology.
