This invention discloses a
foreign body removal device, belonging to the field of medical auxiliary device technology. The device includes a malleable support, a connecting rod, and a flexible wrapping band. One end of the connecting rod is connected to the malleable support, and the other end has a
handle ring. The malleable support is made of medical-grade stainless steel or
titanium alloy closed elastic
metal ring, which can be bent and shaped while maintaining its form. Its surface is smooth and polished, the ends are rounded, and it is coated with a
hydrophilic coating. The flexible wrapping band is made of medical-grade sterile degreased
cotton cloth or non-
woven fabric, fixed to the outer periphery of the support and featuring anti-slip texture. In use, the support adapts to the physiological curvature of the
rectum to bypass the
foreign body, guiding the flexible wrapping band to completely wrap the
foreign body. It can then be safely expelled by pulling with the
handle. This invention has advantages such as strong adaptability, stable clamping, minimal mucosal damage, and simple operation. It is suitable for minimally invasive removal of various rectal
foreign bodies such as plastic, glass,
silicone, and fruit pits, reducing surgical trauma and the risk of complications.
