High-precision reconstruction method for typhoon field based on fusion of physical constraints and data driving

This invention discloses a high-precision typhoon field reconstruction method based on the fusion of physical constraints and data-driven approaches. It uses SHAP values ​​to filter key driving elements from multi-source data, constructs a machine learning model to adaptively invert key structural and shape parameters of empirical typhoon models, generates a physical background wind field, and inputs it into a physically constrained deep learning network to learn the residual components between the background wind field and the true satellite observation values.
