The invention discloses a light composite ceiling board of an earthquake proof construction, relating to a ceiling board with high strength and light weight in the earthquake proof construction. The light composite ceiling board is formed by bonding a shell, a cover board, packing and mucilage glue into a whole. The shell and the cover board comprise aluminum plastics or glass magnesium boards, and the surface of the composite ceiling board is provided with sunk reinforcing ribs; the packing is prepared by mixing a proper amount of kieselguhr, perlite powder, magnesite powder and polyurethane foaming particles in a certain ratio; therefore, the light composite ceiling board has high strength, light weight, fire prevention, heat insulation, no toxicity, low cost and convenient processing and cleaning and can replace ceiling boards which are easy to stuck with dust and difficult to clean, such as traditional gypsum boards, mineral wool boards and the like with large bulk density.
