The invention discloses a surface treatment method of a wear-resistant
pollution-resistant stainless steel sand-blasted and glazed plate. The method comprises the following steps that
sand blasting is carried out, specifically, mist-like sand is uniformly blasted on the front surface and the back surface of the stainless steel plate through a
sand blasting gun; cleaning is carried out, specifically, through a cleaning
machine, the stainless steel plate subjected to the
sand blasting procedure is put into a cleaning and
drying machine of a
coating production line for cleaning and
drying;
glaze coating is carried out, specifically, the stainless steel plate is fed into a roller
coating unit of the coating
production line for
glaze coating and normal-temperature leveling, wherein
glaze used in coating contains a water-based wear-resistant agent and
silicon oxide; the glaze is dried, specifically, the coated stainless steel plate is fed into a
drying furnace for baking, wherein the drying furnace is divided into eleven drying areas, and the stainless steel plate is sequentially dried and cured through the drying areas; and cooling and protective film laminating are carried out, specifically, a protective film is laminated on the cooled stainless steel plate to form a finished product. By applying the method, after the stainless steel plate is subjected to surface treatment, the surfaces of the stainless steel plate have the advantages of being high in
hardness, high in
wear resistance and high in easy-cleaning property.
