The invention discloses a polymer/graphene anti-static coating, a preparation method and application thereof. The coating comprises the following constituents by weight percent: 0.01 portions to 0.5 portions of graphene; 0 portion to 10 portions of conductive additive; 90 portions to 100 portions of polymer; and solvent; the preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: completely and uniformly mixing graphene and conductive additive in advance by various manners; preparing a graphene-conductive additive compound system; using the compound system as a base, adding in conductive additive and polymer along with the solvent, completely and uniformly mixing to obtain the coating. Additionally, an anti-static film can be prepared by using different film forming technologies. The polymer/graphene anti-static coating, the preparation method and application thereof effectively solve the problems that graphene in polymer is easy to agglomerate and difficult to be uniformly dispersed in the preparation process of anti-static coating and film; the anti-static performance and mechanical performance of the coating and the film are greatly increased; meanwhile, the preparation technology is easy to be operated; the production is continuous, and the coating and film are suitable for industrial production.

The invention discloses a novel anti-flaming anti-static electricity polypropylene dedicated material and a preparation method thereof; the dedicated material is prepared by the following raw materials by mass percentage: 40-70 percent of polypropylene resin or polypropylene/ nylon alloy or polypropylene/nylon/PP-g-MAH, 20-40 percent of formulated fire retardant, 4-10 percent of electric-conduction fillers, and 6-15 percent of inorganic fillers; the formulated fire retardant is formulated by several kinds of compound A, compound B, ammonium polyphosphate, tetramethylolmethane, magnesium hydroxide, aluminium hydroxide and tripolycyanamide, the compound A is bromocyclohexane or hexabromocyclododecane, the compound B is antimony trioxide or antimony pentoxide; the inorganic filler adopts montmorillonoid, hydrotalcite, talcum powder or attapulgite clay. The novel anti-flaming anti-static electricity polypropylene dedicated material prepared by the invention has good flame retardant property and good anti-static electricity performance, the mechanical intensity of the material is further improved after the alloy is prepared by adding the nylon, the used raw material has low cost and is environment-protection, and no melt body drops in the anti-flaming process.

The invention discloses a novel antistatic bending-resisting polypropylene dustproof fan blade, which is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight through reaction: 56.5 to 60.5 percent of polypropylene resin, 0.5 to 4 percent of antistatic agent, 28 to 32 percent of glass fiber, 8 to 10 percent of gypsum powder and 0 to 1 percent of additive. A preparation method for the dustproof fan blade of the invention comprises the following steps: putting a certain proportion of the polypropylene resin, the antistatic agent, the glass fiber, the gypsum powder and the additive into a high mixing device, uniformly mixing the raw materials and stirring the mixture; putting the mixed raw materials into a charging barrel of a double-screw extruder to carry out extrusion and traction at a temperature of between 160 and 220 DEG C, carrying out standing-wave cooling on the obtained product and carrying out granulating; and utilizing the granules to prepare the dustproof fan blade by a common process. The novel antistatic bending-resisting polypropylene dustproof fan blade mixes small added quantity of the antistatic agent with the glass fiber and the gypsum powder into the polypropylene, has more excellent antistatic property and more excellent impact resistance and bending resistance and can provide decrease of the surface resistivity 10 to 100 times on average.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a mineral graphene reinforced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene double-resistant pipe. The pipe is prepared from the following raw materials: 100 parts of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 2-5 parts of nano-graphene sheets, 5-10 parts of a coupling agent, 0.1-1 part of a foaming agent, 0.1-1 part of a compatibilizer, 1-2 parts of a lubricating agent, 6-10 parts of a halogen-free flame retardant, 3-6 parts of an antistatic agent, 2-4 parts of a flow modifier, 1-3 parts of a nucleating agent, and the like; the graphene reinforced ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene double-resistant pipe is prepared by the processes of extruding, sizing, and the like. According to the preparation method, nano-graphene, the antistatic agent and the flame retardant are dispersed into ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin medium gaps by means of the coupling agent, the compatibilizer, the flow modifier, the lubricating agent, the nucleating agent, and the like; the nano-graphene sheets have significant synergistic flame retardation after being compounded with the flame retardant, and can reduce the resistivity of the pipe after being compounded with the antistatic agent. The prepared pipe has the characteristics of being light in weight, high in strength, flame-retardant, antistatic, and the like, thus being used in the operating environments such as coal mines, downhole and mines in which a great deal of gas exists.
