The invention discloses a two-cylinder clarification tank, which mainly comprises a water discharging canal, a vent pipe, a sludge discharging main pipe, a reagent feeding pipe, a water inlet pipe, an annular sludge suction pipe, baffles, an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder and an annular fixing board; the inner cylinder is clamped in the center of the annular fixing board and is arranged concentrically with the outer cylinder; the outer edge of the annular fixing board is fixedly connected to the upper end of the outer cylinder; an end of the reagent feeding pipe is connected to the water inlet pipe; an end of the water inlet pipe is connected to the upper end of the inner cylinder; the water discharging canal is connected to the upper end of the outer cylinder; the annular sludge suction pipe is installed at the bottom of a tapered part of the outer cylinder and is fixed by bolts; a side edge of the annular sludge suction pipe is connected to the vent pipe; and the center bottom of the annular sludge suction pipe is connected with the sludge discharging main pipe. The two-cylinder clarification tank provided by the invention has advantages that fluid mechanics and physics are used to improve the coagulation-flocculation and precipitation efficiency according to gravity characters and functions of centrifugal force; energy consumption is greatly reduced through hydraulic characters and water processing costs are reduced; discharged water quality is obviously increased; and the land occupation area is decreased and investment of manpower and material resources is reduced.
