A power control layer comprises a battery charging and discharging protective circuit, a 5V power voltage stabilizing circuit and a 3.3V power voltage stabilizing circuit; a circuit mainboard layer comprises an MCU circuit, a reset circuit, a high-speed crystal oscillator, a low-speed crystal oscillator, a JTAG debugging interface circuit, an iridium satellite module circuit, a Zigbee module circuit, an analog switch circuit, an AD voltage collection circuit and a water level monitoring circuit; a switch control layer comprises a solar charging and discharging controller, an LED control circuit and a water density knob switch; an antenna positioning layer comprises a power switch, an iridium satellite antenna, a Zigbee antenna, a GPS module, a water outlet detection switch, a charging port and a reset button; and a solar cell panel and LED layer comprises a solar cell panel and LED lamps. Functions including satellite positioning, wireless positioning, LED warning, real-time water outlet monitoring, charging of the solar cell panel and real-time electric quantity display are integrated in the novel ocean iridium-satellite GPS beacon.
