dyeing wastewater sludge treatment and recycling method, which comprises the following steps: converging production
wastewater into an adjusting tank, introducing
sludge of a final
settling tank during the process that the production
wastewater flows to a primary
settling tank from the adjusting tank, draining the
sludge generated in the primary
settling tank, enabling production waste water to flow into a
hydrolysis tank, an activated tank and a secondary settling tank, then feeding into a contact
aeration tank, adding a
reagent into the contact
aeration tank, then feeding into the final settling tank, draining the up-to-standard production wastewater, and recycling sludge generated in the final settling tank so as to be used for treatment in the primary settling tank and replacement of a
reagent of the primary settling tank, thus repeatedly recycling, wherein the sludge in the final settling tank contains a
reagent component and activated strains; the reagent is a mixture of
ferrous sulfite and
sodium carbonate. The printing and
dyeing wastewater sludge treatment and recycling method has the beneficial effects that by utilizing sludge in the final settling tank as the reagent of the primary settling tank and combining the sludge in the final settling tank and sludge in the primary settling tank, the sludge pressing effect is more obvious, the operation procedures are simple and convenient, secondary
