This invention relates to a joint module integrating a
torque sensor and a
harmonic reducer, belonging to the field of
robot joint module technology. The joint module includes a
harmonic reducer and a hollow shaft, with the
harmonic reducer and hollow shaft coaxially fixedly assembled. A
brake housing is coaxially mounted behind the harmonic reducer, and an
electromagnetic brake and friction plates are installed inside the
brake housing. This invention eliminates couplings, additional connecting flanges, and other transitional connecting parts, highly integrating the
torque sensor and harmonic reducer. The frameless motor is directly connected to the wave generator, and the controller is built-in. This reduces the overall
axial length by 22%, the radial length by 25%, and the weight by 15%-30%, significantly improving space utilization. It is more suitable for collaborative robots, service robots, and other equipment with stringent requirements for lightweighting and
miniaturization, solving the technical defects of
large joint modules and large space occupation in existing technologies.
