The invention discloses a double-stage heat storage trough type solar thermal power generation system. The system comprises a double-stage trough type solar heat collection field, a double-stage heat storage sub-system and a power generation sub-system. The double-stage trough type solar heat collection field comprises a high-temperature heat collection field and a low-temperature heat collection field and is used for receiving and collecting solar radiation energy. The high-temperature heat collection field is used for converting the collected solar radiation energy into heat of high-temperature heat conducting oil. The low-temperature heat collection field is used for converting the solar radiation energy into heat of low-temperature heat conducting oil. The double-stage heat storage sub-system comprises a high-temperature heat accumulator and a low-temperature heat accumulator. The high-temperature heat accumulator is used for storing the high-temperature heat conducting oil output by the high-temperature heat collection field. The low-temperature heat accumulator is used for storing the low-temperature heat conducting oil output by the low-temperature heat collection field. The power generation sub-system is used for converting the heat of the heat conducting oil into steam, converting the steam into electric energy and outputting the electric energy. By using the system disclosed by the invention, a problem of reduction of heat collecting efficiency resulted from high average heat absorption temperature of a mirror field is resolved; furthermore, problems of high high-temperature resistance performance of the mirror field to the conducting oil, high investment of the conducting oil and high power generation cost are resolved.

The present invention relates to an incandescent steel slag cracking method, including: directly pouring the incandescent steel slag in a steel slag cracking furnace, spraying water for thermal stewing cracking, cooling drying discharge and steam heat energy recovery. The invention is characterized in that the incandescent steel slag from the steel plant no longer needs a dedicated storage yard for stacking cooling, namely, the incandescent steel slag can be directly poured in the steel slag cracking furnace for thermal stewing cracking; fork-lift truck and excavator are nor required in the whole process form self-loading furnace to discharging from furnace; the steel wall material of the cracking furnace has stable working conditions, and is free from man-made mechanical damages, so that its service life will be more than 5 years; sensible heat of the incandescent steel slag can be stably and efficiently recovered, and the whole process can realize PLC automated control; the system investment is approximately 50% of the existing technology, operating cost is 60% of the pot stewing technology, the metal recovery rate is improved 10% or more, water from the furnace cinder is less than 5%; a 500,000 tons/year steel slag processing line recovers steel slag residual heat equivalent to 10,000 tons of standard coal thermal value.

The active suspension device is controlled by the neck operation device to enable the height of each wheel suspended to the chassis portion to adapt to ground changes.

Method for preparing ammonia-calcium composite saponification agent and method for continuous saponification extracting

The present invention relates to a method of a preparation and continuous saponification extraction of an ammonia-calcium compounded saponification agent. The method is to mix an ammonium salt solution with calcareousness to prepare for an ammonia-calcium compounded solution, which is filtrated or clarified to obtain an ammonia-calcium clarifying solution. The clarifying solution and an organic phase are continuously saponified. The loaded organic phase is countercurrent washed to doff ammonia by a calcium salt solution inside a 1 to 10 grade extraction groove. The saponified organic phase is mixed with a solution for extracting to make extraction separation and reverse extraction. The present invention uses the easily-obtained and low-cost calcareousness as the raw material to reduce the saponification cost during the course of extraction separation. The clarifying solution is adopted for saponification, which eliminates the rigorous requirement towards the raw material of the calcareousness and shortens the mixing time of a saponification reaction and reduces the loss or an aftertreatment of the organic phase, which is convenient for using during the continuous extraction separation. All calcium hydroniums and ammonium hydroniums are recycled. No ammonia-nitrogenous wastewater is produced during the courses of saponification and extraction, which can eliminate the environmental pollution from the ammonia-nitrogenous wastewater and save a plurality of disposal costs of waste water, gas and residues.

Water softening system salt deficiency diagnosis method

The invention discloses a salt deficiency diagnosis method for a water softening system. When an automatic softening control valve of the water softening system starts and stops a softening regeneration process, a switching signal is output to an upper computer. A conductivity meter is arranged at the bottom of the concave section of a drain pipe of the softening system, and is used for monitoringdrainage and outputting a conductivity signal to the upper computer. When the upper computer receives a regeneration starting signal output by the automatic softening control valve, the upper computer starts to acquire and record conductivity signals output by the conductivity meter.
