analysis method for measuring a
carbohydrate composition of a
polysaccharide. The
analysis method for measuring the
carbohydrate composition of the
polysaccharide comprises the following steps: adequately dissolving the
polysaccharide to be measured and an
ionic liquid in an
oil bath pan to obtain a polysaccharide
dissolution liquid, cooling the polysaccharide
dissolution liquid and then pouring in a regeneration
solvent to obtain a precipitate, repeatedly washing, centrifuging to obtain a regenerated polysaccharide crude product, ventilating to completely volatilize the residual regeneration
solvent, and dying to obtain the regenerated polysaccharide; putting the regenerated polysaccharide and an acid
solvent in an
ampere bottle, sealing, putting the
ampere bottle in the
oil bath pan and carrying out
hydrolysis reaction, centrifuging after the
hydrolysis reaction is finished, and carrying out detection pre-treatment on supernatant to obtain a polysaccharide detection liquid; and analysing the type and the content of
reducing sugar of the
carbohydrate composition in the polysaccharide detection liquid by adopting an
ion chromatograph
system and an
ion chromatograph-pulse
amperometry. According to the
analysis method disclosed by the invention, the
hydrolysis efficiency of the polysaccharide is improved, and the extremely high sensitivity is achieved.
