The invention relates to organic-inorganic nano composite resin and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of biomedical high-molecular materials. The organic-inorganic nano composite resin is characterized in that polyfunctional reactive nano monomer, i.e. polyhedral oligosilsesquioxane (POSS) is added on the basis of organic matrixes and inorganic fillers. The preparation method comprises the steps of adding the POSS into the resin matrixes, placing in a constant-temperature oven, fully dissolving the POSS in the resin matrixes and even agitating; adding an initiator system and evenly agitating; adding the inorganic fillers which are subject to surface silanization treatment, fully and evenly agitating in a vacuum agitator and removing air bubbles to obtain nano composite resin paste. The examples of the present application disclose a method for preparing a dental composite resin material and articles prepared therefrom, wherein the method comprises: (1) weighing in each of raw materials, including ethylenically unsaturated monomer, reinforcing fiber, filler, initiator, polymerization inhibitor and colorant; (2) mixing the weighed raw materials except reinforcing fiber, obtaining a composite resin monomer precursor; (3) impregnating the weighed reinforcing fiber into the composite resin monomer precursor for 1-5 hours, preferably 2-3 hours, at an impregnation negative pressure of less than or equal to 0.1 MPa, obtaining a composite resin monomer precursor-immersed reinforcing fiber; and (4) subjecting the composite resin monomer precursor-immersed reinforcing fiber to a solidification treatment, obtaining the dental composite resin material. The flexural strength of the dental composite resin material provided by the present application is above 600 MPa, and the light transmittance can be up to above 40%.

The invention relates to a dental composite-resin high-strength fiber periodontal bundle band, which is prepared by the following steps of adopting poly p-phenylene benzobisoxazole (PBO) reinforced fibers subjected to surface modification and micromorphology treatment as a reinforcement phase, adopting toughened resin subjected to nano-modification as a matrix, and mixing the PBO reinforced fibers and the toughened resin to form a composite material so as to prepare the periodontal bundle band. According to the dental composite-resin high-strength fiber periodontal bundle band provided by the invention, the problems that an existing periodontal fiber bundle band is insufficient in bending strength, modulus of elasticity in static bending, toughness and other mechanical properties are solved, and the high-performance PBO fiber and a three-dimensional braided structure are introduced into a periodontal bundle band material, so that the overall mechanical strength of the fiber bundle band is improved.

Preparation method of betulin-based antibacterial dental composite resin

The invention relates to a preparation method of betulin-based antibacterial dental composite resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps that (1) monosubstituted and disubstituted methacrylate betulin derivatives are prepared; and (2) the prepared betulin derivative are added into a traditional resin matrix, uniform mixing is carried out through a double-core dispersion machine toobtain uncured resin paste, and finally curing is carried out through visible light to obtain the dental restoration resin. The preparation method of the betulin-based antibacterial dental compositeresin is simple and convenient, and the betulin-based antibacterial dental composite resin has polymerization capacity. Compared with a traditional resin matrix, the composite resin prepared from an antibacterial organic monomer has the advantages that the mechanical property is not influenced, and meanwhile, obvious biocompatibility and antibacterial activity are shown.
