Preparation and application of supported iron-based metal organic framework oxidation sweetening catalyst

The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and in particular relates to preparation and application of a supported iron-based metal organic framework catalyst PTA@MIL-100 (Fe) synthesized by an in situ hydrothermal method. Because the molecular diameter of phosphotungstic acid (-1.2nm) is larger than the window diameter of an iron-based metal organic framework cage-shape hole (-0.86nm), the phosphotungstic acid is difficult to fall off and easy to recycle and reuse. The catalyst has a large specific surface area, can be used for the pre-adsorption of a substrate, and is in favor of the mass transfer of the reactants and products. In the absence of a phase transfer agent, the highly dispersed catalytic activity center phosphotungstic acid fully converts dibenzothiophene into dibenzothiophene sulfone in model oil, so as to completely remove dibenzothiophene from the model oil. The catalyst of the invention is applied to about 500mass ppm gasoline, and the organic sulfur removal rate reaches 93%. The preparation has the advantages of cheap raw materials, simple synthesis process, strong operability and wide application prospect.

Method for extracting removal of sulfides from fuel oil by using polyether type octadecylamine ionic liquid

The invention relates to a new method for removing sulfides from fuel oil. The method is characterized in that low-price polyether type octadecylamine ionic liquid is used as an extracting agent, and a simulated oil product and real gasoline are extracted for sulfide removal at a temperature close to room temperature. Under the conditions that the agent-oil mass ratio is (1.5:1)-(3.5:1), the reaction temperature is 30-40 DEG C and the reaction time is 5-10 minutes, almost complete removal of dibenzothiophene, benzothiophene, methyl phenyl sulfide, phenyl sulfide, benzothiophene sulfone and dibenzothiophene sulfone in the simulated oil product is realized by virtue of secondary-stage extraction, the sulfides in 90# and 93# real gasoline are removed, and the third-stage desulfurization rates are 72.3% and 89.4% respectively. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention has the following characteristics: (1) the ionic liquid is low in cost and good in stability, has almost no residue in oil products, and is high in reuse rate; (2) the energy consumption is low (the reaction can be performed at room temperature and the reaction time is short); (3) the equipment requirement is simple; and (4) a new method is provided for an extraction-oxidation coupling desulfurization process.

The preliminary desulfurization rate reaches over 30%, and the additional product dibenzothiophene sulfone is obtained in desulphurization. The desulphurization method improves the adsorption capacity of the sulfide in the fuel oil, has high desulphurization efficiency and convenient operation, and is safe and without pollution.
