The invention relates to a fusion penetration control method of an active shock excitation
molten pool of multiple array lasers. An
electric arc heats a
molten pool, the dimension of the
molten pool is gradually increased; meanwhile, a
laser beam splitter emits multiple array lasers which are irradiated on the molten
pool and provided with
impact force with a certain frequency for the molten
pool; the
impact force leads to the amplitude change of the molten
pool and causes the change of
arc length and
arc voltage, and changing curve of the
arc voltage is collected by an
oscilloscope; when the
natural mode shape of the motel pool is consistent with the acting frequency of the array
laser, the molten pool generates
resonance oscillation, and its amplitude is the biggest, the
voltage change amplitude is also the biggest, and the molten pool is grown up to the predetermined dimension; a
computer control system controls the fusion penetration of a
welding line in real time according to the
voltage changing amplitude. The array
laser impulse frequency is 1-1000 Hz. Through the array
laser frequency, dimension of the resonated molten pool is determined, namely, the dimension of the molten pool is controlled through selecting the array
laser frequency, and thus the fusion penetration of the
welding line is controlled. Compared with the existing molten pool shock excitation method, the fusion penetration control method is high in precision, and good in stability and
repeatability.
