The color-changing indicating error-proofing UV electronic adhesive comprises following raw materials, by weight, 20 to 80 parts of a UV resin, 0.5 to 3 parts of an initiator, and 0.5 to 5 parts of a color-changing agent; the UV resin is selected from acrylic acid modified polyurethane, epoxy modified acrylate, UV silicone rubber resin, and epoxy resin of cyclic ester group; the initiator is selected from a free radical photoinitiator and a free radical thermal initiator; the color-changing agent is selected from a photochromic polymer with a thiocarbazone coordination compound structure, a photochromic high-molecular compound with an azobenzene structure, a photochromic high-molecular compound with a spirobenzopyran structure, and the like. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the color-changing indicating error-proofing UV electronic adhesive. Color of the color-changing indicating error-proofing UV electronic adhesive before solidification is stable; and difference of the color of the color-changing indicating error-proofing UV electronic adhesive before and after solidification is obvious, so that in production lines, it is possible to quickly identify that whether solidification of the color-changing indicating error-proofing UV electronic adhesive is realized, whether adhesive dispense positions are appropriate, and whether adhesive thixotropic response is induced. In addition, it is possible for direct determination of adhesive stability by associating color with adhesive solidification degree.

Polymerizable photochromic compositions with multiple initiators

Provided is a method of preparing a photochromic polymeric article including: (a) providing a fluid polymerizable composition of: at least one monomer; a first initiator for inducing polymerization of the monomer at a first temperature; and a second initiator for inducing further polymerization at a second temperature higher than the first temperature; (b) heating the polymerizable composition to at least the first temperature whereby the first initiator induces polymerization of the monomer at the first temperature to produce a polymerizate; (c) heating the polymerizate of (b) to at least the second temperature to further polymerize the polymerizate; and (d) contacting the polymerizate with an organic photochromic substance to incorporate the organic photochromic substance into the polymerizate. Photochromic articles prepared by the method are also provided.

The invention discloses a preparation method of a double-pyran thiophene photochromic polymer and color-changing anti-counterfeiting printing ink thereof. The preparation method of the double-pyran thiophene photochromic polymer includes the following steps that a double-pyran thiophene photochromic dye is subjected to acetylation to introduce acetyl, then a carboxylation reaction is further conducted, and an intermediate with carboxyl is obtained; the intermediate and hydroxyl acrylate matter are subjected to an esterification reaction to introduce double bonds, then copolymerization with acrylic monomers is further conducted, and the double-pyran thiophene photochromic polymer is prepared. The color-changing anti-counterfeiting printing ink prepared based on the double-pyran thiophene photochromic polymer can be changed to be yellow rapidly and then gradually changed to be blue or purple under illumination of sunlight or ultraviolet light, and after illumination is removed, the printing ink recovers to be colorless. The anti-counterfeiting performance of the prepared color-changing printing ink is improved, authenticity can be recognized without any instrument, and universality of anti-counterfeiting means can be improved.

Photochromic microspheres and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses photochromic microspheres with excellent thermal stability and a preparation method of the photochromic microspheres. The method comprises following steps: 1), a polymer or oligomer, a photochromic compound, an antioxidant, an ultraviolet absorbent and a sensitizer are swollen in an oil-soluble solvent with low boiling point; 2), after being heated to certain temperature and stirred and dissolved into uniform oil phase, a mixture is added to an aqueous solution containing an emulsifier and a co-emulsifier, and an oil-in-water type stable emulsion with emulsion droplet particle size range being 10 nm-1000 mu m is obtained through shearing emulsification; 3), the temperature of the emulsion system is increased and kept for a period of time, the low-boiling-point solvent in emulsion droplets is completely volatilized, polymer microspheres with uniformly dispersed photochromic molecules are obtained, and dry polymer microsphere powder with the uniformly dispersed photochromic molecules can also be directly prepared from the emulsion with a spray drying process. The microspheres prepared with the method are of a homogeneous solid structure, excellent in mechanical property and good in heat stability and have great application prospect in the fields of anti-counterfeiting, plastic products, fabric clothing, chemical printing and dyeing and the like.
