The invention discloses a technical device which is reliable in operation and is suitable for recycling the
heat energy of the
shower waste water of all bath centers. The device comprises a hot water tank, a
warm water tank, a water-containing tray
heat exchanger and a
warm water and
tap water synchronous and equivalent drain /
inlet valve. The technical device can be realized through the measures as follows: when taking a
shower, a
human body stands on a partition plate, the waste hot water of the
shower leaks from the partition plate to the water-containing tray
heat exchanger, and the upper surface of a water-containing tray is provided with a heat exchange plate (a stainless steel plate or an aluminum plate), and the lower surface of the water-containing tray is provided with a heat exchange
pipe.
Tap water flows to the
warm water tank in the reverse direction together with the shower waste water through the heat exchange
pipe of the
heat exchanger. When the shower is carried out, a warm water valve is opened firstly, and then, a hot water valve is opened when the
water temperature of the shower cannot meet the requirement, so that the
water temperature is increased to the temperature required by the shower. The warm water valve and a
tap water inlet valve of the shower are synchronously and equivalently controlled, thus, the
tap water inlet valve automatically opens when the warm water valve is opened, and warm water discharged from the warm water tank enters the warm water tank after heat exchange is carried out on the warm water by equivalent tap water. When a shower room is cleaned every day, the partition plate can be opened to clean the heat exchange plate of the water-containing tray heat exchanger, thereby, filth blockage is avoided, and the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger is improved.
