The invention discloses a gas phase molecular absorption spectrometer with a redundant temperature control function, comprising a control device, a liquid path device, a gas path device and an opticalpath device; the control device is respectively in control connection with the liquid path device, the gas path device and the optical path device; the liquid path device comprises a sample introduction device, a sample mixing device and a reaction separation device, which are connected in series; the reaction separation device is connected to a heater; a temperature sensing mechanism is disposedbetween the heater and the reaction separation device; the temperature sensing mechanism comprises at least three temperature sensors, the temperature sensors are respectively connected to a voter, and the voter is connected to a display. According to the gas phase molecular absorption spectrometer with the redundant temperature control function in the invention, a temperature sensing mechanism is arranged between the reaction separation device and the heater, and the temperature sensing mechanism comprises at least three temperature sensors; and when the temperature values output by the twotemperature sensors are consistent, the voter outputs the value, thereby ensuring redundancy of temperature control of the spectrometer.
