The invention discloses an interlocking system for particle dose safety protection. The system includes particle accelerators, an in-accelerator beam cut device, treatment room front end beam cut devices, a beam dose detection device, multiple treatment rooms, transmission system main line beam cut devices, a first controller and a second controller, wherein the beam cut devices are disposed in the particle accelerators, and the transmission system main line beam cut devices are disposed on a main beam transmission line. The system is advantaged in that the system is tested through beam dose monitoring devices in the treatment rooms, once the dose delivered to a patient body is found to be out of the safe range, interlocking is triggered immediately, the beam cut devices at the different locations in a particle therapy system are controlled for beam cut, in this way, the purpose of multi-point beam cut and redundant beam cut is achieved, safety and redundancy of the interlocking systemare guaranteed, and safety guarantee is provided for particle radiotherapy.
