The invention provides a tungsten trioxide/polyaniline core-shell nanowire array radiochromic film and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving white tungstic acid in aqueous hydrogen peroxide liquor to prepare peroxide tungstate liquor; coating the peroxide tungstate liquor on an electric conductive face of a clean electric conductive substrate; dissolving tungstate in alcohol to form precursor liquor, fixing the electric conductive substrate in a reaction kettle, adding the precursor liquor into the reaction kettle, carrying out a reaction at 150-250 DEG C for 8-16 hours, and taking out and carrying out thermal treatment at 300-450 DEG C for 1-3 hours to obtain a tungsten trioxide nanowire array; and mixing aniline and dilute sulphuric acid to form electrolyte for preparing polyaniline and carrying out electro-polymerization on polyaniline to obtain the tungsten trioxide/polyaniline core-shell nanowire array radiochromic film. The preparation process is convenient to control, lower in preparation cost and easy to realize industrialization. The film has the advantages of large spectrum adjustment range, abundant radiochromic types, high coloring efficiency, fast response speed, long cycle life and the like.

Method for preparing vertically aligned tungsten oxide nano structural electrochromic film

The invention relates to a method for preparing a vertically aligned tungsten oxide nano structural electrochromic film. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) dissolving tungstic acid in a mixed solution of hydrogen peroxide and water, heating until tungstic acid is fully dissolved, and cooling to obtain transparent sol; 2) coating the obtained transparent sol on the surface of fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) conducting glass which is subjected to ultrasonic washing in a spinning way, and calcining to obtain the FTO conducting glass with a tungsten oxide crystal seed layer; and 3) preparing a reaction solution containing the transparent sol, hydrochloric acid, urea and solvent, immersing the obtained FTO conducting glass with the tungsten oxide crystal seed layer in a hydrothermal kettle in which the reaction solution is filled, preserving heat at the temperature of between 150 and 180 DEG C for 6 to 12 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, washing and drying to obtain the vertically aligned tungsten oxide nano structural electrochromic film. A preparation process is simple and low in cost; by the method, the electrochromic properties such as color change speed, coloration efficiency, cycling stability and the like of the film are effectively improved; and the method has the industrial application prospect in the aspect of preparing the film on the surface of the glass.

Method for preparing nickel oxide electrochromic film by hydrothermal method

The invention relates to a method for preparing a nickel oxide electrochromic film by a hydrothermal method. The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving nickel acetate tetrahydrate in a mixed solution of alcohol and n-butyl alcohol, dropwise adding ammonia water to the mixed solution after the nickel acetate tetrahydrate is dissolved to obtain sol; coating the sol to the surface of FTO (Fluorine-doped Tin Oxide) conductive glass in a rotary manner, drying the sol to obtain the FTO conductive glass with a crystal seed layer; mixing the nickel acetate tetrahydrate, urea and a solvent to obtain a reaction solution; immersing the FTO conductive glass with the crystal seed layer to the reaction solution for carrying out hydrothermal reaction; keeping the reaction solution for 6 hours to 12 hours under the condition of 160 DEG C to 180 DEG C, cooling the reaction solution to the room temperature, cleaning, drying and roasting to obtain the nickel oxide electrochromic film. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple, low in cost and likely applied to the glass surface film-making industry. The nanometer structure nickel oxide film directly grows on the surface of the FTO conductive glass by a hydrothermal method, so that the nickel oxide and the substrate have better binding force for being beneficial to electron conduction. Meanwhile, the electrochemical stability of the film is also improved.

According to the electrochromic material disclosed by the invention, an electrically induced acid part and an acid response part are connected with a molecule, then the coloring efficiency of the electrochromic material served as the electrochromic device can be improved, and the response speed of the electrochromic device also can be increased. After proton being transferred, since the protonated acid response part is connected with a proton donor part of the electrically induced acid through a covalent bond, the acid response part and the proton donor part do not diffuse away from each other, then the proton recovery can be accelerated, namely the color fading speed of the electrochromic device is increased.

The invention relates to a preparation method for a self-seed-growing nest-like tungsten oxide hydrate nanostructured electrochromic film. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving tungstic acid in hydrogen peroxide, carrying out heating until tungstic acid is completely dissolved and then carrying out cooling so as to obtain a transparent sol; and (2) diluting the transparent sol, preparing a reaction solution from the diluted transparent sol, hydrochloric acid, deionized water and glycol, then soaking FTO conductive glass cleaned with ultrasonic waves into a hydro-thermal kettle filled with the reaction solution, maintaining a temperature, then carrying out natural cooling to room temperature, carrying out cleaning with water and ethanol and then carrying out drying. The preparation method has the advantages of easiness, conservation of time and low cost. The obtained class C three-arm star-type block aniline oligomer derivative also has outstanding characteristics of electrochromic and ion conduction functions, and can solve the problem of microphase separation of an electrochromic layer and ionic conductor layer of a conventional electrochromic device.
