cell perlite, 15 to 25 parts by weight of
silicate, 5 to 10 parts by weight of
fiber, 5 to 15 parts by weight of
fly ash, 3 to 8 parts by weight of
volcanic ash, 15 to 20 parts by weight of a
polyurea prepolymer, 5 to 6 parts by weight of
polyurethane gel, 4 to 6 parts by weight of a
flame retardant, 1 to 1.5 parts by weight of a
diamine chain
extender, 3 to 5 parts by weight of
graphene and 5 to 8 partsby weight of a
solvent, and the reinforcing layer is prepared by spraying after mixing raw materials of 3 to 4 parts by weight of the
polyurea prepolymer, 1 to 1.3 parts by weight of the polyurethanegel, 1.6 to 2 parts by weight of the
flame retardant, 0.3 to 0.5 part of the
diamine chain
extender, 1 to 1. 3 parts by weight of the
graphene and 2.5 to 3.5 parts by weight of the
solvent; wherein the shell of the closed-pore perlite is filled with an
inert gas. The inert closed-pore perlite fire-insulation heat-insulation wallboard not only has the characteristics of light weight and heat preservation, but also has high structural strength and excellent
flame retardant and antiknock performance.
