The invention relates to the field of material
mechanical property testing, and provides an in-service material property detection
system based on an indentation method, comprising: an excitation module for applying a composite dynamic excitation load to a pressure head when the spherical pressure head is pressed into a to-be-detected material; the
signal acquisition module is used for synchronously acquiring a dynamic load
signal and a dynamic displacement
signal in the pressing-in process of the pressing head; the
data processing module is used for calculating an
instantaneous phase difference according to the dynamic load signal and the dynamic displacement signal, constructing an evolution curve of the
instantaneous phase difference along with the change of the pressure depth, and extracting a first characteristic depth, a second characteristic depth and a phase hardening index from the evolution curve; and the performance resolving module is used for calculating the
elastic modulus and the yield strength of the to-be-tested material according to the first characteristic depth, the second characteristic depth, the phase hardening index and the mapping relation model. According to the method, the plastic hardening constitutive relation of the material does not need to be preset, rapid and micro-
damage detection of the tensile property of the material can be achieved through single-time micron-order pressing-in, and the method is particularly suitable for field evaluation of in-service equipment.
