An LED lighting device comprises: a thermally conducting body having an at least one opening that connects with a cavity within the body and a plurality of LEDs mounted in thermal communication with a face of the body and positioned around the opening. The present invention provides a polymeric compound (e.g., a compounded polymeric composition) of highly improved processibility that includes a conventional block copolymer, a controlled distribution block copolymer, and optionally one or more components selected from the group consisting of olefin polymers, styrene polymers, tackifying resins, extending oils, waxes, fillers, and engineering thermoplastic resins. Solid state lighting (SSL) luminaires are disclosed having remote phosphors arranged to minimize heat degradation and to efficiently convert light. One embodiment of an SSL luminaire comprises a light emitting diode (LED) mounted in a base. An enclosure is mounted in relation to the base so that light from the LED emits into the enclosure. A remote phosphor is mounted in the enclosure with at least some light from the LED passing into the remote phosphor where at least some of the light is absorbed and re-emitted at a different wavelength and passing through the enclosure. The oxidative catalyst is not used in the desulfurization column or the denitration column to avoid the severe corrosion of the desulfurization column and denitration column texture by the material, so that the texture cost of the desulfurization column and the denitration column is reduced significantly; The volume of the processed material is small: only 30%-10% of the material in volume in the desulfurization column and the denitration column, and the cost for equipment corrosion prevention is lowered, so that a small amount of the oxidative catalyst used and a simplified formula can be facilitated.

The invention discloses a method for mixing natural rubber by a wet process. The wood-plastic composites utilize a cellulose filler, such as wood flour, and vegetal fibers, such as Curauá fiber, as a reinforcement filler. The method comprises: (1) coupling the inorganic solid lubricant with the coupling agent to obtain a coupled inorganic solid lubricant; (2) mixing graphene/nylon 6 master batch, the organic lubricant, the coupled inorganic solid lubricant and the anti-oxidant; and (3) sending the nylon resin and a mixing auxiliary agent to an extruder, adding carbon fibers, performing mixing extrusion, and performing strap stretching, cooling, drying, and grain-sized dicing to obtain the material. The material is used for lubricating bearings and joint bearings of automobiles, and transmission gears of textile, food and packaging machinery or joint bearings of robots. The material is high in strength, good in thermal conductivity, self-lubrication, and wear resistance, and is long in service life. The method is simple and is suitable for industrial production.

The invention discloses a preparation method of polyester for a highlight flame-retardant polyester thin film, and the highlight flame-retardant polyester thin film prepared by using polyester. Polyester for the highlight flame-retardant polyester thin film is prepared by selecting and adding appropriate flame retardants and additives in the polymerization process of synthesizing polyester by virtue of direct esterification of PTA (purified terephthalic acid). Polyester can be added as a master batch, or can be directly used for preparing thin films without adding other anti-binding agents; compared with a conventional similar polyester thin film, the thin film prepared from polyester disclosed by the invention has relatively low haze and relatively good flame retardant properties and anti-binding properties.
