The invention relates to an emulsion breaker for oil-water separation by efficiently treating crude oil with high clay component content on the offshore oil field, belonging to the technical field of oil-water separation of oilfield exploitation. The emulsion breaker for oil-water separation by efficiently treating crude oil with high clay component content on the offshore oil field is characterized by consisting of the following components in percentage by weight: 35%-45% of ethanediamine polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether, 0.2%-0.6% of hexadecyl sodium sulfonate, 0.3%-1.0% of a quaternary ammonium cation fluorocarbon surfactant, 15%-20% of methanol, 8.5%-12% of 6-chlorobenzotriazole-1,1,3,3-tetramethyluronium hexafluorophosphate and the balance of water. The emulsion breaker disclosed by the invention has the advantages of being simple in components, convenient in preparation, quick and efficient, low in cost, strong in pertinence, high in oil-water separation efficiency, small in usage amount, and the like.
