The invention relates to an anti-dazzling touch screen and a preparation method thereof and aims to solve the problem that existing touch screens have poor anti-dazzling anti-reflection effect. The anti-dazzling touch screen comprises a substrate, a protection panel and a transparent conductive film, an anti-dazzling layer and an anti-reflection layer are sequentially arranged on the substrate which is fitted with the protection panel and the transparent conductive film. The high beam comprises a shell, a lamp cover, a high beam lamp group, photosensitive sensors, photosensitive elements, an electrochromic lens, and a control processing module which is disposed in the shell.
