Provided is an exhaust emission control device for an internal combustion engine capable of preventing NOx purification performance from degrading according to the operating condition. The exhaust emission control device comprises an NOx purification catalyst for adsorbing or occluding NOx in exhaust emissions and reducing the NOx, which is provided in an exhaust pipe (4), a catalyst converter (31) for continuously reducing the NOx in the exhaust emissions by using a reducing gas, which is provided in the exhaust pipe (4), a fuel reformer (50) for reforming fuel to manufacture a reformed gas containing hydrogen and carbon monoxide and supplying the reformed gas as the reducing gas from an introduction port (14) provided on the upstream side of the NOx purification catalyst (33) and the catalyst converter (31) of the exhaust pipe (4), which is provided separately from the exhaust pipe (4), an operating condition detecting means for detecting the operating condition of an engine, and an enriching means (40) for enriching the exhaust air-fuel ratio. The enriching means enriches the exhaust air-fuel ratio by supplying the reducing gas into the exhaust pipe (4) by using the fuel reformer (50) when the operating condition detected by the operating condition detecting means is a high-load operating condition.

Method and device for removing co2 and h2s

A method and a device for removing acidic materials, such as CO2 and H2S, with limited energy consumption are provided. The method comprises a step of introducing the feed gas into a first absorber, and removing CO2 and H2S from the feed gas by contacting the feed gas with a lean solution in the first absorber; and a step of introducing the feed gas into a second absorber, and removing CO2 and H2S remaining in the feed gas by contacting the feed gas with a semi-lean solution in the second absorber. The rich solution having absorbed CO2 and H2S in the first and second absorber is introduced into a flash drum where an internal pressure is kept lower than that in the first absorber and in the second absorber. After a part of CO2 and H2S is released from the rich solution in the flash drum to obtain a semi-lean solution, a part of the semi-lean solution is cooled and introduced into the second absorber to contact with the feed gas in the second absorber. A remaining part of the semi-lean solution is introduced into a stripper and heated to release remaining CO2 and H25 from the semi-lean solution and to obtain a lean solution. A part of the lean solution is cooled and introduced into the first absorber to contact with the feed gas in the first absorber. A remaining part of the lean solution is cooled, introduced into the second absorber at an upper level of the second absorber, and is contacted with the feed gas in the second absorber, and thereby obtaining a treated gas.

A control apparatus for controlling a regenerative operation of a vehicle motor includes a vehicle motor as a drive source of a vehicle, an energy storage device, including plural cells, for storing regenerative energy generated by a regenerative operation of the vehicle motor, and a total voltage measuring device for measuring a total voltage that is a sum of inter-terminal voltages of the plural cells, a cell voltage judgment device for determining whether the inter-terminal voltage of any one of the plural cells exceeds a predetermined regeneration limitation voltage, a total voltage estimating device for determining, when it is determined by the cell voltage judgment device that the inter-terminal voltage of any one of the cells exceeds the predetermined regeneration limitation voltage, an estimated total voltage which is defined as a total voltage at a time when the inter-terminal voltage of the one of the cells reaches a regeneration prohibition voltage that is higher than the predetermined regenerative operation limiting voltage, and a control device for setting an amount of regeneration depending on a difference between the estimated total voltage determined by the total voltage estimating device and the total voltage measured by the total voltage measuring device.

Amine desulphurization method for refinery plant

The invention relates to an amine desulphurization method for a refinery plant. The invention aims to solve the problems of insufficient utilization for low H2S loaded rich absorbent, high energy consumption and lower efficiency of the prior art. The method comprises the following steps: a) countercurrent contacting the first refinery plant gas containing H2S with a desulphurization agent in a first refinery plant desulphurization tower (A), thereby acquiring a purified first refinery plant gas flow and a low H2S loaded rich solution; b) countercurrent contacting the second refinery plant gas with partial/all low H2S loaded rich solution from the first refinery plant desulphurization tower and a supplementary desulphurization agent in a second refinery plant desulphurization tower (B), thereby acquiring a purified second refinery plant gas flow and a high H2S loaded rich solution; and c) enabling the high H2S loaded rich solution to successively pass through a rich solution heat exchanger (C), a rich solution flash tank (D) and a solvent regenerating tower (F), then entering the first refinery plant desulphurization tower (A) for recycling, performing gas-liquid separating treatment on the acid gas from the top of the solvent regenerating tower, and then feeding to a sulfur recovery device. According to the method provided by the invention, the circulation volume and regenerating volume of the desulphurization agent can be effectively reduced, and the purposes of saving energy, reducing consumption, reducing the waste of effective resources and reducing investment can be achieved.
