mobile phone terminal to scan the two-dimensional code of an entrance of a
community so as to enable a
mobile phone number to be transmitted into the background management center; S2, determining that the mobile phone number belongs to an owner or a visitor by using the background management center; if the mobile phone number belongs to the owner, entering S3; if the mobile phone number belongs to the visitor, entering S4; S3, enabling the owner to scan the two-dimensional code on a gate of a building, making the background management center to judge whether information obtained by scanning is the same as that, stored in advance, of the owner or not; if so, opening an
access control system; enabling the owner to scan the two-dimensional code of the floor where the owner lives, and automatically
cutting off the connection if
verification is successful; S4, enabling the visitor to input the building and floor which are to be visited, enabling the visitor to scan the two-dimensional code on a gate of the building to be visited, after the
verification of the background management center is finished, and then open the
access control system, enabling the visitor to scan the two-dimensional code of the floor to be visited, and automatically
cutting off the connection. The system and the method avoid the trouble caused by too many cards; the
access control system is arranged, so that the
effective management mechanism for foreign visitors can be realized.
