The invention relates to the technical field of
forage cutting and pulverizing, in particular to automatic
forage chopping equipment with a convenient discharging function for breeding industries. A double-headed motor is adopted as a power supply source; a first
motor shaft drives a first shaft to rotate through
bevel gear transmission, therefore on one hand, a pulverizing knife in a feeding hopper is driven to primarily pulverize
forage put into the feeding hopper, and the primarily pulverized forage falls on a rotating plate; on the other hand, cranked working is performed, a sleeve and a steel
wire rope drives the rotating plate to perform reciprocating swinging, thereby providing convenience for subsequent
cutting through a
cutting assembly and feeding of the forage; in addition, a
cam assembly works along with the first shaft to drive the cutting
assembly to move vertically, so that the forage on the rotating plate is
cut; a second motor drives a third shaft to rotate through
bevel gear transmission, a spiral
auger guide and pulverize the forage falling from a discharging cavity, and finally the
cut and pulverized forage is discharged from a discharging
pipe. The automatic forage chopping equipment with the convenient discharging function for the breeding industries is simple in operation, convenient, fast and low in manual intervention degree.
