The invention discloses a blocking-proofing fast infiltration 
system, comprising an impervious wall, an infiltration 
bed, a permeability 
pipe, a water collecting 
pipe, a water distributing channel and a water distributing 
pipe, wherein, the infiltration 
bed is arranged in the impervious wall and is composed of a soil layer I, a packing layer I, a packing layer II and a soil layer II from the bottom to top sequentially; the permeability pipe is inserted in the infiltration 
bed and penetrates through the infiltration bed, and the upper end of the permeability pipe is higher than the top layer of the infiltration bed; the water collecting pipe is arranged at the bottom of the infiltration bed and a limestone layer with 1-3 cm of grain 
diameter is covered around the water collecting pipe. The 
sewage treatment process comprises the following steps: the 
sewage is discharged into the water distributing pipe and is seeped out from infiltration holes on the water distributing pipe and is infiltrated into an infiltration channel, then by the infiltration effect of 
ground substance capillary pipes in the infiltration channel, the 
sewage is spread into mixed ground substances of each 
layers around sequentially, under the co-actions of 
ground substance, 
microorganism and plants, the sewage is purified; the sewage is collected by the water collecting pipe which is arranged at the bottom part of the infiltration bed and is discharged after the sewage is purified. The blocking-proofing fast infiltration 
system has the advantages of simple structure, low 
operating cost and the like and is proposed to be popularized and used in a large scale.
