The invention relates to a multi-phase flow
assembly type sealing coalescence oil removing apparatus, which is applicable for treatments of conventional oilfield
wastewater and
wastewater with low
polymer concentration, and comprises a tank, a water distribution chamber, coalescence sections, a separation section, a rectification section, a
water collection chamber, a mud washing
system, a mud discharging
system, an oil
collection system and the like.
Wastewater enters a water distribution section inside the tank from a water inlet
pipe of the multi-phase flow
assembly type sealing coalescence oil removing apparatus, and then sequentially enters the first stage coalescence section, the second stage coalescence section and the third stage coalescence section, wherein each coalescing section is filled with a coalescence filler.
Effluent from the coalescence section enters the separation section, wherein the separation section is filled with oblique plates having adjustable intervals.
Effluent from the separation section enters the rectification section, and then enters the
water collection section, wherein the rectification section and the
water collection section are separated through a baffle, and the water collection section is provided with a water outlet
pipe. One end of the water outlet
pipe is provided with a water collection
bell mouth, wherein the water is discharged out of the multi-phase flow
assembly type sealing coalescence oil removing apparatus from a water outlet through the water collection
bell mouth. The apparatus has the following advantages that: oil removing efficiency is high,
effluent quality is good, occupation area is small, structure design is compact,
automatic control is easily achieved, inner components adopt assembly type structures, and disassembly and maintenance are easy.
