The lead-free solder is composed of 0.5 to 0.7 percent of Cu, 0.03 to 0.05 percent of Ni, 0.01 to 0.02 percent of P, 0.005 to 0.01 percent of Ga and the remnant amount of Sn. The No-clean flux is composed of 1.0 to 4.0 percent of organic acid active agent, 0.5 to 5.0 percent of halogenated derivative active solvent, 2.0 to 5.0 percent of heat-resistant resin , 1.0 to 4.0 percent of cosolvent, 2.0 to 5.0 percent of high boiling point solvent and the remnant amount of modified rosin. The cosolvent belongs to ester compound and the high boiling point solvent is the mixed solvent of one or more of the SAF-25, dioctyl sebacate, benzyl benzoate, dioctyl adipate. In the preparation of the welding wire, the key point is first to form the alloys of Sn with other metals, and then the alloys can be added to the tin for melting. The lead-free welding wire of the invention has good heat resistance without halogen, low flux spattering, low odor, non-corrosive flux residue, strong practical feature, good electrical insulation after being welded, crack-free flux residue and high reliability.

A flavour composition comprises at least 0.5% by weight of one or more of the following group A materials: cinnamic aldehyde, basil oil, tarragon, cis-3-hexenyl acetate, cis-3hexenol, orange oil, lime, citral, and damascone; and at least 3% by weight of one or more of the following group B materials: anethole synthetic, alcohol C10, eucalyptol, methyl salicylate, clove bud oil, carvone laevo, benzyl benzoate, thymol, benzaldehyde, benzyl formate, ethyl salicylate, eucalyptus oil, ionone alpha, iso amyl acetate, rosemary oil, cardamom oil, ginger, eugenol, camomile oil, spearmint, and peppermint. These materials have been identified as being capable of inhibiting the growth of Porphyromonas gingivalis or the protease (arg-gingipain) activity of Porphyromonas gingivalis, and so to possess hitherto unappreciated antimicrobial properties. The invention thus enables compositions to be defined comprising flavour materials that enhance the antimicrobial efficacy of known antimicrobial agents against micro-organisms or metabolic processes associated with gum diseases. The invention also provides a consumer product, particularly an oral or dental care product, including such a flavour composition; a method for reducing or preventing gum disease; and use of the flavour compositions for reducing or preventing gum disease.

The composite modified oligosaccharide is used as a wall material; the osmanthus flower essence is coated to form nanocapsule slow-release essence, so that the fragrance retention and the water solubility of the essence are improved; the preparing method is applicable to the perfuming of the water-based ink. The osmanthus flower essence for the water-based ink has the advantages that the fragrance is exquisite; the natural feeling is high; the fragrance retention is durable.

Method and device for producing benzyl benzoate

The invention relates to a method and a device for producing benzyl benzoate. The device comprises a reaction and rectification tower and a rectification tower and is further connected with a benzaldehyde tower of a benzaldehyde device. The benzaldehyde tower is connected to an inlet of the rectification tower through the reaction and rectification tower, a gas outlet at the tower top of the rectification tower is connected to a gas treatment unit through an external condenser, a light fraction outlet and a heavy component outlet are respectively connected to a benzaldehyde distillation tower, and a product outlet is connected to a product tank through a product cooler. After reaction in the reaction and rectification tower, heavy component residual oil raw material at the bottom of the benzaldehyde tower enters the rectification tower to be rectified and separated; a product, namely benzyl formate, flows out of the middle part of the rectification tower and enters the product tank after heat exchange, gas components in the material flow out of the tower top, light fractions flow out of the upper part of the rectification tower, and heavy components flow out of the bottom of the tower. According to the method and the device, provided by the invention, byproducts produced by benzoic acid are fully utilized to produce the benzyl formate through the reaction and rectification process, the waste of resources is reduced and avoided, the economic benefits are improved, the emission of chemical pollutants is reduced, and the method and the device are further conductive to environmental protection.

Synthesis technology of 5-aryl-1H-pyrazolopyridine[4,3-d]pyrimidine-7(6H)-ketone

The invention discloses a synthesis technology of 5-aryl-1H-pyrazolopyridine[4,3-d]pyrimidine-7(6H)-ketone. The synthesis technology comprises the following steps: mixing substituted aryl aldehyde with 1-methyl-3-propyl-4-amino pyrazole-5-formylamine, and contracting the mixture so as to obtain bisiminophosphorane benzyl benzoate; placing the bisiminophosphorane benzyl benzoate in a solvent, and under the common action of a ring forming agent and a pro-oxygenic agent, performing cyclization oxidization so as to obtain the 5-aryl-1H-pyrazolopyridine[4,3-d]pyrimidine-7(6H)-ketone. The synthesis technology disclosed by the invention is mild in reacting conditions, greatly higher in the conversion rate of a cyclization oxidation reaction, short in the reaction time, and less in the side reactions. The reaction can be carried out in different reactors in two steps, and can also be carried out in the same reactor. A stepwise synthesis method is favorable for the quality control of the bisiminophosphorane benzyl benzoate and the purification of products, the adoption of a one-step synthesis method simplifies the synthetizing working procedures and shortens the reaction time, and all the methods can effectively synthetize the 5-aryl-1H-pyrazolopyridine[4,3-d]pyrimidine-7(6H)-ketone. The used reagent is basically non-toxic or low-toxic, and besides, the synthesis technology is low in cost and is low in synthesis cost.
