yarn winding process. The plied chopped
yarn winding process comprises the following steps that raw
yarn cakes are placed on a creel, the raw yarn cakes are combined into one strand through yarn guide holes of the creel, then the strand penetrates through yarn guide holes of a winder to be wound on a
machine head, and the winder starts to conduct winding; in the winding process of the winder, the gap between the yarn arranging box and the
machine head and the retreating distance of the yarn arranging box in the winding process are adjusted, it is kept that yarn and a
machine head spinning cake are subjected to uniform pressure, and winding is stopped when a
spinning cake roll is wound to the required weight; and then, winding a winding film, unloading the twisted yarn roll, and carrying out
heat setting on the twisted yarn roll in a
heat setting furnace to obtain a twisted chopped yarn product. According to the stranding chopped yarn winding process, by controlling winding parameters and the retreating distance of the yarn arranging box and cooperating with the
heat setting process, the problem of inner layer drawing of chopped yarn is solved, the chopped yarn winding quality is improved, and the stability and consistency of products are guaranteed.
