metal workpieces, which comprises an annealing furnace, a
tempering furnace and a
quenching bath, a
high rail is arranged between the annealing furnace and the
tempering furnace, the middle part of the
high rail is disconnected and is provided with a short rail, and the extension directions of the
high rail and the short rail form an included angle; the
quenching bath is arranged at the bottom of one end of the short rail, and the other end is connected with a wedge-shaped block in transition with the ground; the annealing furnace and the
tempering furnace are oppositely arranged, the bottoms of the annealing furnace and the tempering furnace are open and are supported by a
steel frame, and bosses are arranged at the open positions of the bottoms of the annealing furnace and the tempering furnace. By arranging the annealing area, the tempering area, the
quenching and normalizing area, the transfer area and the feeding and discharging area,
metal workpieces are transferred in all the areas through cooperation of the first transfer trolley and the second transfer trolley, so that the
metal workpieces are transferred in the annealing furnace, the annealing furnace and the quenching
pool, and various functions needed by heat treatment of the metal workpieces are achieved respectively or in a combined mode; and the requirement for heat treatment of metal workpieces is basically met.
