The invention provides a method for detecting water inherent toxicity by using single cell gel electrophoresis test, which comprises the following steps: performing contaminating treatment on a mouse by using Cr6+ solutions with different concentrations; respectively performing single cell gel electrophoresis test on the splenic lymphocyte of the contaminated mouse so as to obtain olive tail moments under the condition of contamination with the Cr6+ solutions with different concentrations; drawing a standard curve of Cr6+ to olive tail moments; performing contaminating treatment on the mouse with a concentrated and enriched water sample to be detected; measuring an olive tail moment under the condition of the water sample treatment by using the same method; and substituting the olive tail moment in the standard curve to obtain the water toxicity of the water sample to be detected, which is represented by the Cr6+ concentration. By using the method, the Cr6+ is chosen as the standard toxic matter and the quantification evaluation on the water toxicity is realized by using the curve of Cr6+ to the olive tail moment. By using the method provided by the invention, the water inherent toxicity can be measured more directly and accurately, the result is easily unified, the repeatability is good, and the state of water pollution can be judged.

Total saponins of psammosilene tunicoids (TSPT) with antitumor activity, and preparation thereof
