A reference current signal of a wave power generating system is calculated; a corresponding current deviation signal and the current deviation ratio are calculated according to the reference current signal and an actual current signal generated by the wave power generation system, the current deviation signal and the current deviation ratio are input to the fuzzy PID controllers and are processed by the fuzzy PID controllers, and then corresponding rotating voltage signals are obtained; the rotating voltage signals go through coordinate transformation and processing of an SVPWM generator, and then a target voltage signal of a working converter on a driving machine side; and the target voltage signal is applied to a motor of the wave power generating system, a motion speed of a float in the wave power generating system can be changed then, and then frequency matching is achieved. The fuzzy PID controllers are applied to the wave power generating system, an oscillation of the wave power generating system near a maximum power point can be effectively reduced, and then stability of obtaining of maximum output power of the wave power generating system is improved.
