The invention provides a device for preventing a water outlet of a biochemical tank from being blocked by MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) filling. The device comprises a U-shaped water outlet screen mesh arranged at the front part of the water outlet; mesh holes of the water outlet screen mesh are rhombuses with inner angles of 120 degrees and 60 degrees respectively; the edge length of each rhombus is calculated according to the size of the MBBR filling; a rear side of the screen mesh is clung to the inner side of the tank wall, which is provided with the water outlet, of the biochemical tank and covers the water outlet; the upper edge of a front side of the screen mesh is higher than the water level of the biochemical tank; a water outlet aeration pipe, which is connected with an air source through an air conveying pipe and a valve, is arranged on the bottom surface of the screen mesh; a material stopping plate is arranged on the tank wall, above the water outlet hole, of the biochemical tank, the material stopping plate is bent towards to the inner side of the tank and an upper edge of the material stopping plate is higher than the upper edge of the front side of the screen mesh; an assisted aeration pipe, corresponding to the water outlet screen mesh, is arranged at an end part, close to the tank wall, which is provided with the water outlet, of the biochemical tank, on the bottom surface of the biochemical tank. By utilizing the device provided by the invention, the water outlet of the biochemical tank can be effectively prevented from being blocked by the MBBR filling, and phenomena that the operation of equipment is influenced and the MBBR filling is lost due to sewage overflowing caused by the fact that the water outlet is blocked by the MBBR filling are avoided.
