The invention provides an insulating oil overheat fault
simulation test device. The test device comprises an insulating oil containing device, a sampling device and a heating control device. The insulating oil containing device comprises an air
pressure balance device, a condensation flow return device and a
quartz flask which are sequentially connected from top to bottom, wherein the
quartz flask contains insulating oil, and the side wall of the
quartz flask is connected with the sampling device. A heating ring is connected to one end of the heating control device, and the heating ring is arranged on the outer wall of the quartz flask in a sleeving mode. Compared with the prior art, the insulating oil overheat fault
simulation test device is simple in constitution, small in occupied space and low in cost; operation of a
simulation test is simple and convenient, and the period is short; it is guaranteed that the pressure in the
system is always kept to be ordinary pressure, the
system is closed, and no gas overflows; the amount of the insulating oil needed by one
single test is small,
environmental protection is achieved, the cost is saved, and the purpose of developing the research work for insulating oil overheat faults in a small laboratory is achieved.
