The invention aims at improving a prefabricated
reinforced concrete column for prefabricated buildings and discloses a prefabricated
reinforced concrete structural column for prefabricated buildings. The prefabricated
reinforced concrete structural column is characterized in that a longitudinal part which belongs to a joint of a column body and a beam, is located in a reinforced concrete and is subjected to a force is still a
reinforced concrete column body; the longitudinal part of the joint of the column body is not provided with a reinforce concrete later
casting section and is a whole prefabricated column; outer thread is arranged on at least one part which belongs to an extended connection
rebar and stretches out from a side surface of the column body; and at least one end of the longitudinal part of the column body is provided with a section steel joint and a connection
rebar, wherein the section steel joint and the connection
rebar stretch out from a end surface. Therefore, the prefabricated
reinforced concrete column has the advantages that the prefabricated
reinforced concrete column can utilize the existing reinforced concrete
column design software to carry out graphing; through the connection of a column body and a beam rebar and the fast connection based on sleeve
screw thread and chemical bonding, the vertical connection between column bodies is realized; through sleeve chemical slip-
casting connection, fast connection between prefabricated building rebars is realized so that a prefabricated building assembling speed is greatly improved and a large amount of labor is saved; a joint of a column body and a beam is not provided with a reinforce concrete later
casting section so that joint reinforce concrete strength can reach or exceed strength of a cast-in-situ reinforced concrete
column structure; and through sleeve connection, the joint is reinforced thereby becoming a strong joint having
seismic resistance.
