The invention relates to a composite glass fiber reinforced plastic crusher which is composed of an upper-layer crushing mechanism and a lower-layer crushing mechanism, wherein the two crushing mechanisms share a rotating main shaft and are vertically integrated, materials crushed by the upper-layer mechanism directly enter a lower-layer crushing part to continue to be crushed. The upper-layer crushing of the composite crusher adopts a free single-chain crushing way, a single chain is fixed on a main shaft in an upper-layer crushing cavity, and the other end of the chain is freely arranged. The chain is driven through high-speed rotation of the main shaft to beat and crush the materials entering the rotation range. The lower-layer crushing of the composite crusher adopts a crushing way that hammer heads are fixed in a conical cavity. A plurality of layers of cutter heads are distributed on the main shaft in the conical crushing cavity from top to bottom in a tower shape, and a plurality of hammer heads are fixedly connected to each layer of cutter head. The materials discharged from the upper-layer crushing part enter the cavity from the upper part to be beat by the hammer heads on the high-speed rotating cutter heads or extruded and ground by the hammer heads and a cavity wall so as to be crushed.
