The invention provides a method for carrying out in-situ measurement on
precipitation amount of Fe3C in low-
carbon alloy steel, belonging to the technical field of
metal material testing. The method comprises the steps of firstly,
processing a
solid solution-treated low-
carbon alloy steel sample to be tested into a steel
internal friction test sample, and then installing the
internal friction testsample in
internal friction test equipment; rapidly heating up to 350 DEG C from
room temperature and then immediately
cooling down, and measuring an SKK peak in the process of cooling to
room temperature; in the third step, measuring the SKK peak, subjected to the heat treatment, of the
solid solution-treated steel internal
test sample; after that, cooling the internal
friction test sample, which is obtained in the third step and is subjected to heat treatment, to the
room temperature and then rapidly heating up to a target temperature T0, carrying out heat preservation for a period of timet2, and measuring the SKK peak in the process of cooling to the room temperature from 350 DEG C; treating the internal friction curves, obtained from the measurement at different temperature preservation time, of the sample by repeating the process of step 4, determining the
precipitation amount of the Fe3C according to the strength of the SKK peak so as to obtain the dynamic characteristic of theprecipitation of the
carbide Fe3C. The method provided by the invention is simple to operate, easy in
sample preparation, high in measurement accuracy and rapid in speed.
