The invention relates to a
simulation experiment device for
acoustic emission inspection of a
storage tank. The
simulation experiment device comprises a tank body, wherein the tank body consists of a
storage tank body, a tank top and a tank bottom which are connected by flanges. The tank top is provided with a manhole sealed by a manhole cover plate clamping mechanism. The tank body is provided with an experimental hole sealed by a test piece clamping mechanism clampedly provided with defective test pieces. The tank body is provided with an
acoustic emission sensor to respectively acquire defective
acoustic emission signals on the tank bottom and the tank wall. The tank body is also provided with a liquid inlet and a
backflow port which are connected with a pressing
system. The test piece clamping mechanism is detachable, and the controllable repeated experiment for the acoustic emission inspection of the
storage tank can be implemented by replacing defective test pieces. Therefore, the
working environment and the acoustic emission
signal of the storage tank can be simulated, the observation of various acoustic emission
signal characteristics of the storage tank is facilitated, indoor experiment teaching requirements and controllable and repeatable experiment requirements are satisfied, and an experimental platform is provided for the acoustic emission inspection theory and method study of the storage tank.
