Steel is fixed simultaneously through two modes of bottom bearing and upper end magnet adsorption during hoisting and conveying, so that the stability of the steel in the hoisting process is improved, and when the steel which is hoisted to a specified position is placed, a certain buffering role can be played in falling of the steel.
