The invention relates to the technical field of lithium ion batteries, in particular to a lithium iron phosphate battery positive electrode active material capable of reducing the polarization effectof the lithium iron phosphate battery and improving the electrochemical (rate capacity) of the lithium iron phosphate battery as well as a preparation method and application. The active material is divided into two layers, i.e. a first layer of active material and a second layer of active material coating the surface of the first layer of active material; the first layer of active material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 95 parts of lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material, 3 to 12 parts of conducting agent, 3 to 10 parts of category-I binder; andthe second layer of active material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 85 to 98 parts of lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material, 1 to 8 pars of conducting agent, and 5 to 8 parts of category-II binder. The battery polarization of a double-layer lithium iron phosphate positive electrode material pole piece prepared by adopting the modification method disclosedby the invention is greatly reduced compared to that of the ordinary lithium iron phosphate pole piece containing the same conducting agent, so that the rate capacity of the lithium iron phosphate isapparently improved. Meanwhile, the circulating performance of the product is excellent.

Mobile communication system

In cases where a radio communication is performed between a ground radio base station and a subscriber station, when a delay time J passes after the transmission of a radio wave from the ground radio base station to a stratospheric platform base station, another radio wave relating to the same information as that indicated by the radio wave is transmitted from the ground radio base station to the subscriber station. Therefore, in the subscriber station, a phase of the radio wave directly transmitted from the ground radio base station is synchronized with a phase of the radio wave transmitted from the ground radio base station through the stratospheric platform base station. Accordingly, the subscriber station can change over from one radio wave, of which the strength is weakened, to another radio wave.

Vehicle wiper/washer control apparatus and vehicle wiper/washer apparatus

If a washer switch is turned on in a state in which a wiper determining portion determines that a wiper switch is in an OFF state, and a vehicle speed determining portion determines that a vehicle speed is equal to or more than a predetermined speed, a simultaneous operation control portion ejects the washer fluid in a state in which the wiper is positioned at a lower reversing position. The simultaneous operation control portion causes the wiper to reciprocate at least once simultaneously with the ejection. The simultaneous operation control portion additionally ejects the washer fluid at least once, in a state in which the wiper is positioned at an intermediate position between the lower reversing position and an upper reversing position. Accordingly, it is possible to inhibit a lack of the washer fluid from being generated on the surface to be wiped.

Vehicle communication apparatus and system for supporting vehicles passing through narrow road

In the car navigation system including a vehicle communication apparatus mounted on a vehicle, different diffusion codes are assigned to each road such as a single lane road and a road with double lanes. In data transmission to other vehicles, each vehicle switches to and uses the diffusion codes assigned to the road on which own vehicle currently travels. Even if many on-coming vehicles travel in line, radio wave interference between the vehicles does not occurs and the lacking of communication channels also does not occurs because each vehicle uses the diffusion codes assigned to the road on which own vehicle travels.

Hydraulic controlling apparatus for automatic transmission for vehicle

The fail-safe gear step switching valve (120) can be switched to the first position to establish the low-speed side fail-safe gear step (third speed-change gear step) or the second position to establish the high-speed side fail-safe gear step (fifth speed-change gear step). Upon the failure state of the solenoid valve device (SLC1, SLC2), the fail-safe gear step switching valve is held at the second position by the line hydraulic pressure (PL1). Two kinds of the fail-safe gear steps i.e., the third speed-change gear step and the fifth speed-change gear step can be established depending on the vehicle state just before the failure occurrence of the fail-safe gear step switching valve. Even if the D→N operation of the shift lever (72) is performed during the vehicle running in the fifth speed-change gear step, the fail-safe gear step switching valve remains at the second position to establish the fifth speed-change gear step even upon the shifting operation of the shift lever to the “D” position again.
