Since the extracellular vesicles secreted from microorganisms present in the environment can be absorbed into the human body to regulate immune functions and directly affect the occurrence of inflammation. It is difficult to early diagnose atopic dermatitis before symptoms appear, and thus it is difficult to effectively treat the atopic dermatitis. Therefore, as the present invention can early diagnose and predict a risk group of atopic dermatitis by predicting the risk of developing atopic dermatitis through the metagenome analysis using human body-derived samples, it is possible to delay the onset time or prevent the onset of atopic dermatitis through proper management.
