This invention discloses a double-layer
geomembrane dual-track synchronous
welding feed device, belonging to the field of
civil engineering equipment technology. The base is connected to the bottom of the frame, and a wheel frame is installed inside the base. The frame includes a protective cover with a
laser signal transceiver. The frame contains a first cavity and a second cavity. A water-wheel type
rope take-up reel is rotatably connected to the wall of the first cavity, and a transmission mechanism is installed in the second cavity. The two free ends of the cable are fixed to the water-wheel type
rope take-up reel after passing over their respective fixed pulleys. A traveling trolley is slidably connected to the cable, and an electric telescopic rod is installed at the bottom of the traveling trolley, with an arc-shaped clamp connected below the electric telescopic rod. Compared with existing technologies, this invention has the following advantages: it uses a
laser signal transceiver to emit
laser light, and the receiving end indicator light confirms the straightness of the path, reducing labor intensity and improving the straightness accuracy of the weld; it adopts an automatic movement method of the traveling trolley along a taut cable; and it uses an integrated external power supply to eliminate safety hazards.
