A paint dropped in a coating process of the self-phosphating waterborne polyurethane acrylate paint can be recycled, and can be self-phosphated to avoid a surface phosphating treatment process; moreover, the flexibility, compactness and flash erosion resistance of the cured coating can satisfy the coating performance of a car axle steel plate.
