The invention discloses a propagation method for fruition of large cherries after division. The propagation method comprises the following steps of (1), selecting a
cane in a certain tree shape from a fruition tree; (2), tightening a base, which is close to a
trunk, of the selected
cane by using an iron wire under the condition that the iron wire can be in contact with the
xylem of the
cane; (3) smearing
growth hormone at the iron wire tightening position; (4) wrapping culture media on the iron wire tightening position of the selected cane, and performing moisturizing treatment periodically; and (5) shearing off the cane to form an independent
plant after an adventitious root grows from the iron wire tightening position of the cane. After the cane is treated,
carbohydrate nutrition produced by the cane in a whole
growing season is almost gathered in a selected
branch group, material base conditions facilitating florescence are created,
carbon nitrogen ratio is increased, a large quantity of flower buds are formed, and fruits can be produced richly after division. The culture media with the enough size on the iron wire tightening position are guaranteed, the enough
root growth space is guaranteed, and a new
plant in the current year can blossom and yield fruits after being transplanted.
