The invention relates to a method for treating high-calcium and high-salt industrial wastewater, belonging to the technical field of water treatment. The method adopts the following industrial wastewater treatment combined operation system: (a) a pretreatment system, (b) a hydrolysis-acidification and anaerobic biochemical treatment system, (c) a halophile pure-oxygen aeration biological treatment system. (d) a filam-touch-method biological treatment system and (e) an aeration biological treatment system. The invention provides a multi-system combined treatment method which has low treatment cost and sustainable and stable treatment effect and is suitable for treating high-calcium and high-salt environmental industrial wastewater. Under the harsh conditions that the wastewater to be treated has the salinity of 3.0 percent (accounted by CaCl2), the CoDcr concentration of 1250 mg/l and the NH3-N concentration of 41.3, the quality of the treated yielding water reaches the following indexes: the CoD concentration is smaller than 60mg/l, and the NH3-N concentration is smaller than 5mg/l. The invention is suitable for water treatment systems for petroleum exploration, petroleum refining, petroleum catalytic cracking, chlor-alkali plants and petrochemical devices of epoxy chloropropane, and the like.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide: a method for producing a tablet, such as a carbonate-spring-type bath agent, which is so designed that a neutralization reaction can occur vigorously and efficiently in the inside of the tablet in spite of a fact that the pH value of an aqueous solution into which the tablet is dissolved is neutral, carbon dioxide gas bubbles having as small sizes as possible can be released continuously for a certain period of time and therefore a large portion of the generated carbon dioxide gas can be dissolved in water without dissipating the carbon dioxide gas to air to thereby increase the total concentration of carbon dioxide components in water, and the carbon dioxide gas that contacts with the skin can be converted into a bicarbonate ion readily due to the pH value of the aqueous solution so that the bicarbonate ion can be absorbed through the skin; and the tablet.
