The invention relates to a waterproof thermal-insulating heat-preservation
coating and a construction process thereof and to the technical field of heat-preservation materials. The waterproof thermal-insulating heat-preservation
coating comprises a thermal-insulating heat-preservation component and a reflection heat-preservation component, wherein the thermal-insulating heat-preservation componentcomprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 36-40% of a first base filler, 16-20% of a
fiber filler, 16-20% of a thermal-insulating heat-preservation functional filler, 1.6-2% of amodified
bisphenol A type
epoxy resin and the balance of water; and the reflection heat-preservation component comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-44% of a second base filler, 20-24% of a reflection heat-preservation functional filler, 1-1.4% of a
fluorocarbon emulsion, 0.3-0.7% of a curing agent, 0.3-0.7% of a
wetting agent, 0.3-0.7% of a dispersant MF (
melamine), 0.2-0.6% of a defoaming agent and the balance of water. Due to compounding of the thermal-insulating heat-preservation component and the reflection heat-preservation component, and by virtue of two different heat-preservation thermal-insulating principles, the heat-preservation thermal-insulating effects of the
coating are sufficiently improved, and meanwhile, due to synergetic effects of the two components, the waterproof effect of the coating is improved, and the heat-preservation thermal-insulating properties of the coating are further improved.
