The invention relates to an
oil field construction technology by means of a biological surfactant. The construction technology comprises the steps that on the condition that 20-22 Mpa pressure is applied to a ground well hole, after it is guaranteed that piecing and leaking do not occur, prepad fluid of which the concentration is 2.5-3.0 wt.% is injected into an
oil well, and the usage amount is 5-7 cubic meters; then treating fluid of which the concentration is 2.0-2.2 wt.% is injected into the
oil well, the usage amount is calculated by the formula Q=pi(r^2).h.phi, wherein Q is the total liquid amount, r represents the treating
radius, h represents the effective thickness of the
oil well, and phi represents the
porosity; finally, waste water is adopted to replace the fluid, and the usage amount is 5-10 cubic meters; after the well is
shut down for at least 72 h, a construction tubular column is put out, and well completion is achieved after an original production tubular column is put down. The biological surfactant used in the construction technology has the advantages that the extremely high capacity of releasing all
solid surface
hydrocarbon (oil) is achieved, secondary
pollution cannot be caused to the stratum, disorder cannot be caused to a
crude oil dehydration and
sewage treatment system, and the
oil production can be greatly improved; in addition, the construction technology is convenient to operate, safe and reliable, and suitable for wide-range usage.
