The invention discloses a washing-resistance polyurethane composite material. The polyurethane composite material comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of a polyurethane prepolymer, 2-6 parts of a polyurethane flexibilizer, 5-7 parts of modified rare-earth oxide powder, 3-6 parts of ultrafine vanadium-oxide powder, 8-11 parts of carbon fiber, 1-5 part of silane coupling agent, 30-40 parts of a curing agent, 1-3 parts of a defoaming agent, 150-180 parts of silicon dioxide particles, 1-3 parts of a dithiocarbamic-acid rare earth promoter and 1-5 parts of an anti-aging agent. The washing-resistance polyurethane composite material disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the erosion-wear resistance is excellent, the bonding strength is higher, the filler such as silicon dioxide and the like are not like to fall off, and the washing-resistance polyurethane composite material is superior to the existing polyurethane wear-resistant coating; moreover, the mechanical property is excellent, the adaptability is stronger, the heat dissipation is good, the service cycle is longer than that of common organic coatings, and the use cost of an enterprise is lower.
